Our vegan lunch course consists of ingredients that chef gets on the day. Because of this, we may change the menu contents based on season and weather, and ingredients availability. Please make a reservation 2 days before you come for the preparation.

Our Raw vegan lunch corse is consisted of using raw ingredients without cooking. Of course, we do not use any animal products, dairy products, and refined sugar. Please enjoy the latest and popular healthy beauty dishes among the top celebrities in western countries.

This lunch course is only served from summer season by the middle of August due to the features of raw vegan dishes.


※What is Raw vegan?
It is said raw vegan is the latest non-cooking method, not using any animal products, dairy products, and trying to remove grains and other ingredients which has allergy possibilities.

On raw vegan dishes, we made vegetables and fruits following non-cooking methods that guests can gain vitamins, mineral, dietary fiber, especially enzyme so much.

In western countries, Top celebrities, many famous actresses, models, singers, artists, and athletes adopt thier diet.
